First heat transfer ever

Ok this is my test drive wanted to personalize some blouses as Christmas gifts so this is using Expressions vinyl and using the Cindy Loo Cartridge on a simple $4 Walmart kids blouse Lauren is my daughter's name and it's a flocked vinyl

I just bought the Ribbons and Rosettes cartridge and when I put it in my E2 it doesn't load I just get the hour glass symbol and the E2 start up logo I put another cartridge in and loaded fine but this one won't does things like this happen at times with the E2 or did I get a defected cartridge? 

Just bought the Expession 2

I can't wait to try it the new features seem to make new scrapbookers like me seem like pros
